1. Using the platform

Sukun Maldives promotes local service providers in the Maldives. Customers contact providers directly; platform bookings are not available for now. You must provide accurate account and listing details.

2. Services and prices

Listing prices are provided by the service provider. Confirm the final price, availability and payment arrangements directly with them.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Services arranged directly with a provider are subject to that provider's cancellation and refund policies. Confirm these with the provider before paying.

4. Telecom recharge

Recharges are processed with the selected operator. Where a recharge fails, the amount is refunded automatically. Entering an incorrect number is the customer's responsibility.

5. Owner and operator obligations

Listings must be accurate, licensed where required, and kept up to date. Sukun Maldives may suspend or remove listings that breach these terms or local regulations.

6. Liability

Sukun Maldives is a provider promotion platform. Services are arranged directly with listed providers, who remain responsible for the safety and quality of what they provide.
