Information we collect
Account details such as your name, mobile number and email; recharge and bill-splitting history; and, for providers, public business contact details and verification documents. Existing transaction records may be retained even though platform bookings are no longer available.
How we use it
To display approved provider listings and business contacts, support recharges and bill splitting, send account notifications, prevent fraud, provide support, and improve the service. We never sell personal data.
Sharing
Business contact details on approved listings are visible to visitors. When you contact a provider by phone, WhatsApp, email or their website, you communicate directly with that provider through the selected service.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. ID documents are stored in restricted storage, access is role-based, and administrative actions are logged.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting help@raajjego.mv.
